LOVE IN THE CHURCH

Image
NEED OF LOVE PORTRAYED IN THE BIBLE 2000 YEARS AGO IN THE CHURCH TODAY! Romans 13:8-10 Owe nothing to anyone except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbour has fulfilled the law. For this, "You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not covet," and if there is any other commandment, it is summed up in this saying, "You shall love your neighbour as yourself." Love does no wrong to a neighbour; therefore love is the fulfilment of the law. Galatians 5:13-14 For you were called to freedom, brethren; only do not turn your freedom into an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. For the whole Law is fulfilled in one word, in the statement, "You shall love your neighbour as yourself." In the corporate world and in popular culture it is easy to imagine a situation where people "bite and devour each other" in order to get ahead or be the best. The fact that Paul ...
A Exertion/attempt to Change lives for Christ Life has always been difficult in earth, sometime we lack food and sometime shelter. The process of scarcity is always in life both to the higher and those who are considered to be lower class. But thanks be to God that although we have nothing we have everything in Christ. Our lives are hidden in Him. We live and we die but before this time frame comes to an end we need to seek Christ for we have life in Him. A vast majority of people have always wished to change their life, life style, fooding habits, clothings habits etc. But even after this severe changes people are not happy, their lives are destroyed why??? Many scholars have tried to answer these questions but they returned bare hands even if someone brought the answers they are less practical in the real lives. These theories 'how to be happy' seems good in books but not in the acutual and real lives. All these thing happen because " Je...

Stop Searching start Finding!

Image
Dear brethren We all have problems in life of different measures, some are like the mountains and some are like the ant hills but for every individual the problem we go through seems to be the mountain. I think it will not be conflicting if i say that we all have mountain like problems. In search of the solution and relief we search many things, some travel to Temples, Mosque, Gurudwara (Sikh) Today's Baba (Priests) but we return home bare handed and with an unanswered prayer. Today i would like to tell you to ponder for a while why so many people have unanswered prayers with them. Let me tell you a story narration which I encountered in the street of my hometown. As I was walking down the street all of a sudden I saw a boy who was wearing a T-Shirt in which it was written, Stop Searching, Start Finding! I pondered for a while I was like AWK what does this mean? But slowly and gradually I started finding myself  in the depth of this message! THE REASON THAT WE DON'T FIN...

The Eyes of Mary!

The Eyes of Marry We all have seen many wonders in our lives. Our eyes must have seen, sometime things which we want to see, and sometime things which bothered us, but we have seen anyway. I personally have seen the greatest earthquake in Nepal devastating thousands of lives and injuring millions. I hated to see the aftermath, the worst devastating episode of natural calamity. But I saw anyway. You may also have seen the greatest wonders of life and may be the saddest episode of life. In the Bible there are numerous numbers of eyes who have seen wonders and downs of life. In the book of John chapter 2:1-11 we witness a story which is like this: " On the third day there was a wedding a Cana in Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there. Jesus also was invited to the wedding with his disciples. When the wine ran out, the mother of Jesus said to him,"they have no wine." And Jesus said to her, "Woman, what does this have to do with me? My hour has not yet come...

The eternal God is my refuge

Image
The eternal God is my refuge        Deuteronomy 33:27 The word refuge may be translated "mansion," or "abiding- place," which gives the thought that God is our abode, our home. There is a full ness and sweetness in the metaphor, for dear to our hearts is our home, although it be the humblest cottage, or the scantiest garret; and dearer far is our blessed God, in whom we live, and move, and have our being. It is at home that we feel safe: we shut the world out and dwell in quiet security. So when we are with our God we "fear no evil." He is our shelter and retreat, our abiding refuge. At home, we take our rest; it is there we find repose after the fatigue and toil of the day. And so our hearts find rest in God, when, wearied with life's conflict, we turn to Him, and our soul dwells at ease. At home, also, we let our hearts loose; we are not afraid of being misunderstood, nor of our words being misconstrued. So when we are with God we can commu...
