About Us

The Bagdogra Church of Christ is a New Testament, undenominational Church.
We seek to do God's will as revealed in His Word. If the Bible doesn't address it, we don't do it.
We preach God's plan of salvation. We also believe the doctrine of Godhead the Father, The Son and the Holy Spirit. We teach the same plan of salvation - faith, Repentance, confession and Baptism for the remission of sins. (Mark 16:15-16; Acts 2:38; 8:35-39)
We practice the same worship - Teaching, giving, observing the Lord's Supper, praying and singing praises to God. (Acts 2:42; 20:7, Eph 5:19)
We follow the same congregational organization - Elders, Deacons, Saints (Phil 1:1) without positions unknown to the Christian in the beginning. We plead to be only Christian!

THE BODY OF BCOC 

Because of the government criteria and moreover their diverse interest in the non promotional activities for Christianity since the year 2000 has compelled us to register a society under the WEST BENGAL SOCIETY ACT XXVI OF 1961. We firmly believe that no mission work succeed in ‘one man army’ leadership and henceforth we have a team of God’s steward, committed with the zeal to do more for Christ.
We believe in total accountability and transparency and henceforth set independent auditors for the annual audits.

I wish you all a pleasant evening, sojourners and good friends. Today I would want to speak to you all about a day when I was old; it may sound strange for you to hear about a day when I was old because I am still young.  In actuality, this is all about the suffering I have experienced in society. I was strolling down Silguri's main street  today, savouring the pleasant weather and the company of my good friends. I was overcome by the company, and the weather favoured me as well.
